What is your return policy?
VAL MILA offers free returns, we want you to love your purchase as much we love it, but sometimes we know things just don’t fit right or work out.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order being fulfilled.
All items returned needs to have tag attached and must not show signs of wear.
Products that are marked Final Sale can not be returned.
We have the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within two business days and shipped same day. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to be available.
Business days refer to MONDAY- FRIDAY, excluding federal holidays.
IF YOU WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER OR CANCEL, PLEASE EMAIL US ASAP. IF ORDERS ARE PACKED AND FULFILLED, WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE CHANGES.
