VAL MILA is currently only accepting and able to ship US Domestic orders only. 

VAL MILA Offers pick up for local orders, please write on order note that you will be picking it up, if shipping is applied, it will be refunded to card used at check out.

VAL MILA offers free shipping on U.S. domestic orders over $100.

All orders are packed and ship same day, for all orders placed before 4 PM PCT on business days, after receiving order confirmation email. Orders that are placed after 4 PM  are packed and ship next business day, except on holidays. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available. 

Business days refer to Monday-Friday, excluding national and federal holidays.

If packages are returned to sender because costumer address error another shipping rate charge will be the costumers responsibility.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order being fulfilled. For store credit refund only.

We have the right to refuse returns that do not the meet the criteria.

All items returned needs to have tag attached  and must not show signs of wear.

Products that are marked as Final Sale can not be returned.

VAL MILA offers free returns, we know you will l love our products, but sometimes things just don’t fit right and we want you to love the items you purchase, as much we love it!

Damage or Faulty Package

If  your item arrives or delivered and has damages please email us vmsupport@valmilacollection.com within 7 days upon receiving the package. We want you to enjoy and love our items and we will work quickly to refund in store credit, we can also send you a replacement if the items purchased are still available.

Lost Packages

VAL MILA is no longer responsible for orders that have shipped, it is the customer responsibility to contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

 

Cancellations or Changes

We all have moments that we change our mind or simply saw something lovelier to add to your current order. We can cancel or add items to your current orders, as long as it has not been fulfilled or shipped. Please email us ASAP at VMSUPPORT@VALMILACOLLECTION.COM regarding your order.
